Another project that was launched successfully is the One Metropolitan Place in Pasay City, with 413 units, now fully sold and is already a thriving community. It is just a walk away from the MRT-LRT Taft Station and is strategically located near the airport, commercial and business centers in Makati, Parañaque and Manila. OMP presented another quality housing option for single professionals, starting families and frequent travelers.
Its most recent projects include The North Grove in Caloocan City and Amaranthe in Parañaque City.
