- Full payment of Downpayment

- 100% construction of the building

MOVE-IN PROCEDURE

 

 1. Schedule of Orientation

 2. Punchlist of Unit

 3. Acceptance of Unit

 4. Payment of Move-In Fees

 5. Issuance of Clearance for Move-In

 6. Ready for Pick from PAMBRI / Actual Move-In

 

 

 

- In case of delayed payment there will be a 3% penalty on the amount due

- Transfer of units is equivalent to the amount of reservation fee

- Transfer of Principal Buyer:

  1. Php 20,000 - for non-commercial

  2. Php 50,000 - for commercial

- Transfer of Financing Scheme: Php 500 to cover administrative works

- All payments are non-refundable
